Week 1: Setup & Launch (Days 1-6)
Get started with the basics

- Watch the training videos -- visit the klikit Training Portal for step-by-step video guides on how to get started.
- Download the klikit Cloud mobile app -- grab it from the Google Play Store (Android only).
- Understand user roles -- review the different roles available on klikit (Business Owner, Brand Manager, Branch Manager) and which apps they can access. Learn more in this article.
- Log in to your account -- use the credentials the klikit team sent you via email.
- Explore the dashboard -- take a tour of both the web and mobile apps. Note the features that are most relevant to your business.
Personalise your Webshop
Make your Webshop uniquely yours by setting up your branding:
- Business banner and Brand banner
- Brand logo
- Custom brand colour (available on klikit Plus)

Perfect your menu
Every menu item should have:
- A high-quality image (minimum 320 x 320 px, ideally above 1000 x 1000 px, no larger than 1 MB)
- A detailed product description
- Accurate pricing

Week 2: Promote & Grow (Days 7-12)
Drive traffic to your Webshop
Promote your Webshop on every channel you can:
In-store promotions
- Place QR codes prominently throughout your store. Watch this video for placement ideas.
- Train your staff to direct customers to the Webshop for ordering and payment.
- Add signage (inside and outside) letting customers know you offer QR ordering.
Online promotions
- Integrate your Webshop with your social media pages and website.
- Customise order buttons on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and your website by following the steps in this article.
Set up promo codes
Promotions are a powerful way to attract new customers and encourage first orders. To create a promo code, submit a request with the following details via this form:
- Promo code/name
- Promo type -- percentage or fixed amount
- Duration -- start and end dates
- Restrictions -- maximum uses, specific users only, etc.
- Promo level -- business-level, brand-level, or branch-level
Week 3: Analyse & Optimise (Days 13-20)
Manage your finances
- Withdrawing payments -- if you are integrated with Xendit or Stripe, follow this guide to withdraw your funds. Otherwise, funds are deposited weekly with minimum withdrawal amounts (e.g. PHP 2,500 or IDR 1,000,000).
Use analytics to make data-driven decisions
Log in with your Business Owner account to access Analytics and Bonus Metrics. Key metrics to track:
- Revenue and Sales -- monitor overall earnings and profitability.
- Average Order Value (AOV) -- understand typical spend per order to guide pricing and promotions.
- Top Menu Categories, Items, and Modifiers -- identify popular dishes to inform menu planning and inventory.
- Store Pause Periods -- spot peak and slow hours to optimise staffing and run targeted offers.
- Most Used Payment Methods -- ensure you support the payment options your customers prefer.
- Highest Revenue per Brand/Branch -- allocate resources to your best-performing locations.
- Orders by Delivery Method (dine-in, pickup, delivery) -- focus improvements on the channels customers use most.
