To make changes on the aggregator consumer apps, you can edit your klikit Business Menus and publish those changes across multiple brands and branches. To have those changes reflect on the consumer app, you'll need to use the populate, sync, and publish features.
How to Sync and Publish
Populate
If you've just created your menu for the first time or have no Store Menu yet, you'll need to populate your Business Menu to a Store Menu. Populating a menu allows you to send a pre-built menu on the Business Menu to any empty Store Menu.
Steps
- Click on 'Menu' tab.
- Select the menu to populate.
- Click on 'Populate'
- Select all the branches to populate to. Tick the branch that you would like to populate
- Click 'Populate'
REMEMBER! These changes will not be visible on the consumer apps until they are published - more on this later.
Can I auto-populate my menu by syncing it with klikit?
Yes! You would need to activate first your store on your delivery provider (i.e. Grab Food, foodpanda, etc...) then the klikit team can overwrite the menu when we begin with the onboarding process.
To inquire more about the menu population and integration process, you can reach out to the klikit account manager you are in contact with for more details or reach out through the chat widget
Sync
When on the Business menu, Sync a menu to update any change made from the Business menu to one or multiple Store menus at once.
Steps
- Click on 'Menu' tab.
- Select the menu to sync.
- Click 'Sync'.
- Select all the branches to populate to.
- Click 'Sync'
*You can also sync item OOS and visibility status on store level by ticking the boxes.
REMEMBER! These changes will not be visible on the consumer apps until they are published - more on this later.
Publish
Publish allows you to push your Menu to the aggregator consumer apps. On Business level you can publish multiple menu at the same time and even Schedule Publish.
Steps
- Select the menu to publish.
- Click ‘Publish’
- Select the branches that should be published. (You can even filter by Brand and Branch!)
- Click 'Publish Selected'
Once published, all aggregators with menu management integrations will have their consumer menus updated with the active Store Menu.
Reset
Our Reset function allows you to roll-back a Store Menu to the Business Menu - but will require a _new Publish to take effect._ Reset menu will going to delete/wipe ongoing promos, so you have to resubmit the ongoing promo.

"No syncable store available"
This message means the menu has not been populated to the store yet. Populate is the step that chains a Business Menu to a Store Menu; until that link exists there is nothing for Sync to send, so Sync reports that no syncable store is available.
Do it in order: Populate the Business Menu to the branch first (see above), then Sync, then Publish.
It does not mean the branch is already synchronised, and it does not mean there are no pending changes to send.
Kenapa muncul 'No syncable store available' saat mau sync menu? / Why do I get "No syncable store available" when I try to sync?
The menu has not been populated to that store yet. Populate the Business Menu to the branch first, and Sync will then have a store to send to.
An order shows under the wrong brand (items belong to a different brand)
If you run several brands on the same aggregator — say Upper Crust, Ayam Gepuk, and Balena Cafe on ShopeeFood — you may see an order come in credited to one brand when the items on it are actually from another brand.
When an aggregator order is attributed to one brand but the items on it belong to a different brand, the cause is the wrong store attached to the menu.
It is not a store visibility setting. Visibility controls whether a store shows, not which brand an order is credited to, so turning visibility on or off for a store will not correct the brand an order is attributed to.
This is an integration issue and it is not something you can fix from the dashboard yourself — it must be escalated to support to correct the store/menu attachment.
Pesanan masuk ke brand yang salah tapi itemnya dari brand lain — kenapa? / Why is an order showing under one brand when the products are from another brand?
The wrong store is attached to the menu. This is an integration issue that support has to correct — it is not a store visibility setting.
Common questions
Can I do this specific only for a single store?
Yes. Populate, Sync and Publish all ask you to choose which branches the action applies to, so you can tick only the one branch you want. When populating, you "Select all the branches to populate to. Tick the branch that you would like to populate" — tick just that one. Sync works the same way: select the branch, then click 'Sync'. For publishing, select the branches that should be published (you can filter by Brand and Branch) and click 'Publish Selected'.
Specific only for a single store — will the change show on the apps?
Populate and Sync alone will not be visible on the consumer apps until they are published. Publish is what pushes your menu to the aggregator consumer apps, so publish the branch you changed for it to take effect.
Can I set item availability or visibility for just one store?
When syncing you can also sync item OOS and visibility status on store level by ticking the boxes.
Only one store — what order do I do the steps in?
Populate the Business Menu to the branch first, then Sync, then Publish. If the menu was never populated to that store, Sync will report "No syncable store available" because there is nothing yet for Sync to send.
