3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to pursue collection against parents or guardians for any transactions made by minors.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Interfere with site functionality or infrastructure in any way

7. Webshop Orders
klikit provides software facilitation only for webshop orders. Merchants using our platform bear all legal obligations to their customers, payment providers, and logistics partners. klikit is not a party to transactions between merchants and their customers.
8. Order Processing
Orders placed through our platform constitute offers to purchase. Acceptance of orders requires successful payment receipt and fraud validation. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to acceptance. Product images are representations only; actual products may vary. Title to goods transfers upon receipt of delivery.
9. Pricing and Costs
Prices displayed on our platform are correct at the time of publication. Errors in pricing may result in order cancellation. Delivery costs are set by third-party providers. GST/VAT is applied according to local regulations.
Payment methods vary by region:
- Singapore/Malaysia: Stripe
- Indonesia: Xendit, CIMB QRIS
- Taiwan: TapPay
10. Refunds and Returns
Subscriptions are non-refundable by default. For webshop orders, contact the merchant directly for refund requests.
For applicable returns:
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase
- Certain items are non-returnable (hygiene products, consumables, medical supplies)
- Store credit is valid for 3 months and is non-transferable
- Partial refunds may be available for delivery failures
11. Intellectual Property
All proprietary content on our platform, including the site, applications, graphics, text, software, and data, is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws. "klikit" is a registered trademark.
By submitting content to our platform, you grant klikit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or security. We disclaim liability for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
13. Delivery Terms
For physical goods ordered through our platform:
- Estimated delivery times are non-binding
- Delivery personnel may leave packages in safe locations at their discretion
- Failed deliveries may be rerouted to collection points with applicable storage fees
- Customers bear responsibility for damage occurring during package opening
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
