klikit promos is the feature that allows every business to set their own promotion for each brand and branch in their business. This can be applied to order from an Add-Order feature and Webshop. We do not control integrated partners’ (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) promotions.
What are the types of promotions?
klikit allows you to have 2 types of promotions running: Promos and Vouchers.
What is the difference between Promos and Vouchers?
- Availability - _Promos are available to all clients. while vouchers are available to those who know what the voucher codes are._
- Marketing Use - _Promos are visible to customers regardless if they see your promotional material or not._ _Vouchers are useful for bringing your clients to your webshop through affiliate marketing, or other content related strategies._
- Customer Journey - _Promos are selected at checkout while vouchers are useful tools to establish a call-to-action for your marketing efforts, which they will need to input at checkout._
What type of promos can I set up for my webshop/ Add Orders?
- Level of Promos/ Promo Level
1. Country-level, this promo can be applied to the client that has business in a multiple country.
1. Example: Senior citizen discounts in the Philippines
3. Business-level, the promo can be set for all brands and branches under the same business.
1. Example: A single business can create discounts for all their customers, to be applied for dine in, delivery, or pick up
5. Brand-level, the promo will be applied on brand level in every branch tied.
1. Example: A promo for Brand A for all branches.
7. Store-level, this promo can be applied for the exact selected branches
1. Example: A promo is applied for all brands in the branch.
- Type of Promos - a promo can be a fixed amount or percentage (%), and have the option to cap it at a maximum discount amount
1. Example: $10 off 2. Example: 5% off 3. Example: 20% off, capped at $5
- Promos Criteria - discounts for clients who meet certain profile or order conditions such as
1. Minimum basket size/order
- Example: $5 off, only applies orders above $25
2. Time
1. Example: $5 off from 2-5PM on Monday to Thursday
4. First Orders
1. Example: $10 off on first order 2. Example: $5 off on first 2 orders
6. Payment Method
1. Example: Promo only applies to e-Wallet and credit card transactions, not to cash transactions
8. Order Method
1. Example: Promo only applies to Pickup orders, not Delivery orders
- Promo Redemption Limit - limiting the number of times the discount can be applied in total or per customer
- Scheduled promos - the flexibility to set up when your promo will start and end
Can I set up more complex promos? More complex promo set-ups are possible by creating cohorts. Based on the criteria you give to the klikit team, cohorts will be created internally by klikit, then the promo or voucher will be applied to the users that fall under that cohort. See below for cohort examples:
- Example: All clients who had 5 orders in the last 1 month
- Example: All clients who haven’t ordered in over 1 month
- Example: All clients who have at least 1 order (2nd order promo)

Are discounts automatically applied for users?
We can set this up to be automatically applied, but also there is an option to set it up where customers will have to select the promos to be applied on their basket.
Can I apply Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on klikit orders?
Yes! You can have your senior citizen or PWD discounts set through klikit promos. You will have to request this from your CSMs or through support to have it set-up!
Can I run multiple promos?
Yes, you can run multiple promos. Even though you have multiple running simultaneously, consumers will only be able to apply one promo at a time.
