How do I use a 'Call-to-Action'?
With your own Webshop you need to think hard about a 'Call-to-Action' (CTA) across your online footprint. For many, they like directing people to their Website - however, a better strategy is to direct them entirely to your new Webshop solution.

Because they can spend money straight away. Fundamentally your goal is to get more orders, so naturally you should be driving customers (and loyal fans) to your Webshop in order to generate more and more traffic to your stores. How do I use my Social Media accounts?
Another great place to emphasise your new Webshop is your Social Media. You can add 'Order Now' and 'Order Food' buttons to your Facebook and Instagram - and include the link when you're making posts from your marketing team to drive awareness about your new Webshop.
This again demonstrates to customers that there are more choices to order from.
How do I offer Loyalty Programs?

What are the Fees and Charges?
Please keep in mind that there are some fees and charges associated with Webshop beyond your normal subscription package. We incur these fees because we need to manage order updates, customer database and service the order itself - resulting in costs per order.
These are:
- Delivery Fees (i.e. GrabExpress)
- Payment Gateway Fees (i.e. MDR)
- klikit Service Fees (\*Calculated on the basket size ONLY)
- Dine In = 2%
- Pick Up = 3%
- Delivery = 5%
We are flexible in how you would like these fees charged - they can be to the customer, or they can be to you - or a mix of both. Let our teams know what you would prefer.
