Setting up klikit Loyalty for your store

klikit Loyalty lets your customers earn and redeem points, encouraging repeat visits. To get it up and running, you'll need to submit a short request form – we'll then enable the program for your store.

1. Choose your language

Pick the form that matches your preferred language:

• English – Loyalty Set‑up Request (EN)
• Bahasa Indonesia – Loyalty Set‑up Request (BAHASA)

2. Fill out the form

The form asks for basic details like your store name, contact info, and any special loyalty preferences. Complete all required fields and submit.

3. After you submit

Our team will review your request and enable loyalty for your store. This may take a few business days. We'll reach out if we need anything else.
