Do I still need my old food-delivery app (ex. foodpanda, GrabFood, Uber Eats, Deliveroo) devices?
You only need the klikit app and a compatible device to manage your delivery operations. klikit can be installed on Sunmi devices or any device with access to the Google Play Store (Android but not Huawei).
However, we recommend downloading all your existing merchant apps (e.g., GrabFood, foodpanda, Deliveroo, Uber Eats) on your klikit device. These apps provide access to customer information (ex. phone number, address) that you may need when resolving order or delivery issues. Due to privacy regulations (PII), customer information is not shared with klikit.
Can I use my old delivery devices?
While we recommend sourcing new devices for klikit - you may, in some cases, be able to reuse your existing delivery app devices with klikit.
It depends on whether your existing device is compatible with klikit. Here's how to check:
- Is your device locked?
- Some devices are locked for use with specific apps or systems. If your device is locked, it may not work with klikit.
- Does your device have the Google Play Store?
- If you can access the Google Play Store to download new apps, your device should work with klikit.

Can I use klikit on an iPad?
There is no klikit app on the App Store at this time. klikit's apps are distributed through the Google Play Store and run on Android devices.
You can open klikit in a browser on an iPad and it will technically work, but we don't recommend running your store that way. Printing is the main limitation: printing over USB or Bluetooth only works through the Google Play Store app, so while you can reach the web portal from iPadOS, Safari or any other browser, it will not print your dockets. For day-to-day store operations, use a compatible Android device.
Can I use klikit on a Windows PC?
Yes. Alongside the Android app, klikit runs as a web app in the browser, and it is compatible with most browsers, ensuring seamless access whether you use Windows or Mac. For a computer, the requirements are an operating system of Windows or macOS, and internet browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
You can open the klikit web app at cloud.klikit.io. The browsers you can use it on include:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera / Opera GX
klikit is optimized for these browsers, but it may work on others. For the smoothest experience and full support, we recommend sticking to the options above.
One important limitation for in-store use: printing over USB or Bluetooth only works through the Google Play Store app, so if you open klikit in a browser, it will not print your dockets. A computer is also not required to use klikit — you can use klikit on any Android device, be it a phone or a tablet.
The web app (cloud.klikit.io) is designed for managers and administrators handling configuration and reporting — for example creating and editing menu items, setting prices, publishing menus to delivery platforms, managing users and permissions, and viewing analytics and detailed reports. The Android app is the tool used by restaurant staff to manage day-to-day store operations, such as accepting orders, marking items out of stock, printing dockets, and starting and ending shifts.
If you're unsure whether your current device is compatible, reach out to your klikit Customer Success Manager or support team.
We can't reach the customer on their mobile number — what can we do?
For a delivery-app order (for example GrabFood or foodpanda), open the order in that platform's own merchant app. Those apps hold the customer's details, such as phone number and address, that you may need when resolving order or delivery issues. Due to privacy regulations (PII), customer information is not shared with klikit, so klikit cannot supply a different number.
