Once an order is made by the customer, orders will be coming through klikit where a docket or order slip will be printed out by the device.
2 copies will be printed - A Kitchen Copy and a Cashier/Service Copy.
Notes to Customer and the QR Code DO NOT APPEAR on the Kitchen Copy!
Here’s what the docket or order slip should look like:
- This should contain:
1. Order date & time 2. Delivery aggregator (Grab Food, Foodpanda, etc..) 3. Short ID# and Long ID # - For order dashboard reference & easy searching 4. Note/s from the merchant to the consumer/client
- This will show you note/s or requests made by the consumer to the merchant
- This part contains the store/merchant name, total number of items ordered, and the type of order (delivery or pick-up)
- This portion will provide the order details:
1. Number of orders per menu item 2. Number and modifier details per menu item ordered 3. Price of total number of each menu item ordered 4. Price of total number of each additional items/modifiers ordered
- A summarized computation will be seen in this area:
1. Subtotal - shows the total amount before taxes of the items ordered 2. Value Added Tax (VAT) - tax added in relation to the taxable items ordered 3. Delivery Fee - amount charged by the merchant/delivery aggregator for the delivery of items ordered 4. Discounts - any amount deductible (in-store discounts, promotions, senior citizen discounts, etc…) 5. Additional Fee - any amount added or charged (service fee, tips, etc…) 6. Internal ID of the order for reference and merchant’s use 7. QR Code
