These are stores that have a 'Pause Store' toggle currently triggered. It will tell you which stores are offline by Brand/Branch. This is helpful to improve performance on delivery apps.

Pause Store reporting in the Operations tab
There is also a Pause Store report in the Operations tab. This is the historical view: it reports how many hours each store was paused, and the reason given for each pause.
Use the Operations tab report when you need the history — which branches went into temporary close over a period, for how long, and why. Use the Pause Store Report in Live Report Hub, above, when you need to know which stores are offline right now.
