What Data services can you offer?
This policy has changed. Previously, Plus customers received one (1) custom data report per quarter and Pro customers could discuss bespoke data work with their Customer Success Manager. As of 2026, klikit no longer offers a free quarterly report on the Plus package.
Custom data exports, ad-hoc reports, historical pulls, and recurring deliveries are now handled through a single paid data request workflow — billed per request, with the scope and price confirmed in writing before any work begins.

The standard self-serve exports in Analytics → Export remain free and unchanged. Most operational reporting can still be pulled directly from the dashboard.
