How do I change auto-accept and auto-ready settings for my foodpanda orders?
Some delivery providers allow restaurants to decide if orders that come in will be accepted automatically (auto-accept) and if riders will be called to come automatically as the order is accepted (auto-ready). These settings are usually set as the restaurant is launched on klikit, but can be changed post-launch should the client deem it necessary. This is how you change these settings for GrabFood:
- GrabFood works with a permanent auto-accept setting. As such, if you want to take a break from receiving orders, you will have to turn off your menu through the klikit app.
- If you want to stop receiving orders for an hour only, you can use the busy mode feature.
- Simply go to your order dashboard and toggle the busy mode located on the upper left corner
In order to avoid cancelling orders and upsetting customers, please change the item availability immediately if an item is no longer available OR pause the store temporarily if the kitchen is busy.
