Does 'Out of Stock' affect all Orders?
Yes, using our 'Out of Stock' (OOS) feature will ensure that whatever is toggled is _not available on any channel of sale._
This includes all your various delivery apps, Webshop and or POS.
We do not currently have a version which allows you to OOS items on one platform but not another. If you would like that feature, please contact us via email.
How does it work?
Once you've triggered an OOS request via the toggle, our system will automatically communicate with your various delivery apps, Webshop and or POS.
Please note, this may take some time to take effect - if you're experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes, please escalate to one of our Live Chat Agents.
