I need to change the payment method. How do I do this?
This feature is available for the following roles: Business Owner, Branch Manager, Brand Manager, Cashier, and Staff. Payment methods for Webshop Orders and Add Orders can be updated in Cloud Web as long as the orders are not in Completed state.
- Find the order on the Dashboard and click the button displaying the payment status.
- Select the appropriate payment method and status.
- Select Yes to save.
