The Menu OOS (Out Of Stock) feature lets users update menu availability, marking items as out of stock to prevent unavailable items being ordered and maintain accurate inventory. Users with the roles of Business Owner, Brand Manager, and Branch Manager can manage out-of-stock menus.

Marking Menu Items as Out Of Stock (OOS)
- Navigate to the branch menu with the item or category you want to mark as OOS.
- Toggle the button next to the item or category to disable it.

If your item, is also marked as a modifier, you'll see a pop-up message to confirm if you also want to mark the modifier item as OOS.

Note: Items will remain OOS by default until manually re-enabled.

Marking Modifiers as Out of Stock (OOS) or Back in Stock
- Go to the Branch Menu.
- Click on the "Modifier Groups" tab.
To fix a disabled modifier or to turn an item back on, toggle the grayed-out button next to it, and click "Save" to apply the changes to all menu items containing the modifier. The button will appear purple once it's turned back on.
Item Out of Stock (OOS) Settings
When a Menu Item is marked as OOS, a clock icon will appear next to the OOS button. Click the clock icon to open a pop-up where you can set the duration for the item to remain OOS. The timer starts when you click the "Update" button. Once the timer expires, the item will automatically be back in stock.
Note: If a category or item is disabled, it will appear as out of stock for consumers until it's manually re-enabled or until the timer expires.
What if I forget to turn an Item/Menu back on? How do I fix a disabled modifier or menu item?
If you made the OOS request on the klikit app (NMA) - generally it will be back in stock either next day, or whenever it was set (i.e. Next Day, Next Week). For OOS done on klikit webapp, you will need to toggle it back on.
