Item Pricing
What if I want different prices for Pick-up, Delivery, or Dine-In methods?
Different delivery methods for food usually come at different costs. With klikit, you are able to price your menu differently for Pick-up, delivery, or dine-in methods for klikit Webshop, Add-order, and even GrabFood. Having varied pricing can help you keep your profit margins consistent, as well as, include any additional costs for the specific method.
Currently, this feature only covers klikit or GrabFood menus. In order to have varied pricing for these methods, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your menu management module on cloud.klikit.io
- Select your brand
- Select the item you want to change the price of
- Under the "General" Section
- Update the price:
- For klikit pricing
- Click on "Show Advance klikit Pricing"
- Input your prices there
- For GrabFood
- Click on "Show Aggregator Pricing"
- Click on "Show Advance GrabFood Pricing"
- Input your prices there
- For klikit pricing
- Click the Save button on the "General" Section of the item.
You can refer to this GIF to see how that looks like on the platform.
When pricing Items with various sizes, multiple pieces, or bundles, it is not as straightforward compared to items with a single variation. For example, a single rice meal just has one price compared to items such as a bucket of chicken with 4 piece, 8 piece, and 12 piece variations which will have an item price and modifier prices.
Let’s take a look at this example.
_Mark’s Chicken Buckets_ has three variations, 4 pieces, 8 pieces, and 12 pieces. See its prices below:
4 pieces
410
8 pieces
610
12 pieces
810
For these prices, we suggest having the variation with the lowest price to be the item price.
With the item price being 410.00, the 4 pieces modifier will be priced 0 to have our total at 410.00 still. The difference between the lowest variation and the other variations will be the price of the those other variations (8 pieces and 12 pieces)
Here's a comparison the prices of the sample menu items with the pricing on klikit :

Common questions
Hi good morning, ask ko lang kung bakit hindi tugma ang presyo ng isang item sa punching at sa website?
With klikit you can price the same item differently per order method for klikit Webshop, Add-order, and GrabFood, so an item can show one price when you punch an order and another on the webshop. Check the item's klikit pricing: on cloud.klikit.io go to menu management, select your brand, select the item, and under the "General" section click "Show Advance klikit Pricing" to see and input the prices, then click Save on the "General" section.
Paano ko po ipapareho ang presyo sa Add-order at sa Webshop?
Update the item's advance klikit pricing so the Pick-up, Delivery, and Dine-In prices are the ones you want: menu management on cloud.klikit.io → select your brand → select the item → under "General" → "Show Advance klikit Pricing" → input your prices → Save. If you need further assistance, you can submit a menu edit request via the form in this article, or tap the "Live Chat" button on the right bottom corner of your screen.
Pati po sa GrabFood iba ang presyo, saan po iyon ina-adjust?
GrabFood prices are set separately: for the same item, click "Show Aggregator Pricing", then "Show Advance GrabFood Pricing", and input your prices there, then Save.

Cara memunculkan pricing group bagaimana ya? / How do I show or set up a Pricing Group?
A Pricing Group has to be configured on klikit's Admin system before it is available to you — contact your Customer Success Manager to have the pricing group set up. Once it is configured you can select it on items at store level. A Pricing Group is not the same thing as a Modifier Group: modifier groups add paid options to an item, pricing groups set the price an item uses.
Item or category shows in klikit but not on the delivery app
Menus can only be edited on klikit Cloud (cloud.klikit.io) using a desktop browser, so do this on a PC, computer or laptop rather than the mobile app.
Step 1: check the item's visibility per provider
- Under the branch menu, click the item
- Press the "Item Options" button
- Press the "Visible" button
- Select which providers the item should be visible in
Items hidden from a provider will not appear on that provider's consumer app after publishing. If visibility is turned off in klikit for a particular provider or channel, the item will be hidden in Add Order too.
Step 2: if it is already visible in klikit, Sync and Publish
Visibility being on in klikit is not enough on its own — changes are not live on delivery apps until you complete all three steps: Edit → Save → Sync → Publish. Sync pushes Business Menu changes to the relevant Store Menus (select the branches to update), and Publish pushes Store Menu changes to aggregator consumer apps (GrabFood, foodpanda, Uber Eats, etc.). Category additions, removals, and reordering all require a Publish step to reflect on consumer apps.
When you add a new item or re-enable a previously disabled item in klikit, the change must be published to reach the delivery platform. If the publish did not complete successfully (due to a network issue or timeout), the item will exist in klikit but not on the platform. Republishing resends the full menu:
- Go to cloud.klikit.io and log in.
- Navigate to Menu Management.
- Select the menu for the affected branch.
- Click Publish.
Step 3: allow time, then escalate
Wait 5 to 15 minutes for changes to propagate to delivery platforms. Timings here are a rough guide only — the changes sit in each aggregator's own queue. If nothing has changed after 60 minutes, contact Support so we can review.
One other thing to check: if your store's integration with a platform is not active, menu publishes will not reach that platform. Verify your integration status in the klikit dashboard.
Who can change business-level pricing?
Business-level prices are the default pricing used by all of your stores, while store-level prices override the price for individual branches.
Business-level pricing changes can only be applied by a Business Owner user at your company. If your klikit login does not have the Business Owner role, you have two options:
- Ask a Business Owner user at your company to apply the business-level pricing change, or
- File a menu edit request via the form so the klikit team can review it.
When you submit the form, describe exactly what you need — for example, whether you are adding a new item for one branch or changing the price of an existing item — so the request is actioned correctly.
