Upon checkout, you will able to see your order status. This is controlled by the restaurant, but you may cancel your order before the restaurant marks it as ready.
I exited the ordering page, how can I see my order status now?
There are two ways to check your order status:
- If you input your number while making the order, you will receive order updates on WhatsApp
- Alternatively, you can check out your orders through clicking this link.
- Make sure you're logged in the ordering platform
- Select Active Orders
- Select your order.

What does my Order Status mean? How do I know if the restaurant has accepted my Order?
There are a few steps to placing and recieving an order with klikit that we'll highlight below.
1\. Placing the Order
In this step, you have completed payment and placed the order but the Merchant has not yet accepted it. They need to accept your order before there is a guarantee that it is being prepared.
_Please Note:_
1. What should I do if my order is still in Placed after a long time? We understand that this is not a great experience, but the restaurants have full control on how they manage your orders. You may reach out to the restaurant to see if they will still proceed with accepting the order.
2. If the merchant fails to accept a placed order, and it is cancelled - we will process an automated refund. Settlement dates happen on the same day for eWallets but can reach up to 7 days for credit cards.
3. You have the option to cancel your order during this part, since the restaurant has not started preparing it yet. You will be automatically refunded after.
2\. Merchant Accepts and Prepares the Order
Once the merchant accepts the order, we then expect them to prepare it. Please be patient during this time. _Please Note: If it exceeds more than 40 minutes, please contact the merchant._
3\. Merchant assigning Driver to Order
Once a certain amount of time has elapsed, or the Merchant 'readies' the order we will begin assigning a driver. This step can be tricky for a few reasons.
1. If you don't get assigned a rider within in 15 minutes, we will try a manual assignment/rebooking.
2. If you don't get assigned a rider within 30-60 minutes and haven't received a manual assignment/rebooking, please contact support.
3. If your driver doesn't cancel but refuses to pick up, please contact the merchant.
4. If you need to edit your drop-off point or delivery address, please contact the driver.
4\. Driver delivers Order
The driver should then deliver your order. Please have your phone nearby to communicate with them.
