What is the onboarding cycle or timeline?
Onboarding happens every 2 weeks, but for express onboarding, contact your Customer Success Manager
We generally try and get you up and live within ~2 weeks of signing the contract. To achieve this, all steps in the onboarding process must be completed.
If you need to go live sooner, please reach out to your Customer Support Manager.
What is the onboarding process for new merchants, brands, or branches?
First-time or new merchants
Please fill out the Master Onboarding Form (MO Form)
**The Master Onboarding Form (MO Form) is sent to you by our Onboarding Team. Completing this form allows us to understand your business and get you set up in our system.
- **Submit MO Form
We will issue you an invoice to pay for the services as stated in our contract.
- Issued Invoice
**Once you pay the invoice, we will begin setting everything up as necessary.
- **Pay Invoice
**Once we receive your MO Form and payment, we will submit your Onboarding Request (OB Request) on your behalf.
- **Submit OB Request
**We will then schedule a training session with you to kick things off and get your staff familiar with the klikit app/ product.

Depending on your country - we will need you to fill up the Know Your Customer Form (KYC Form) so we can pay you.
