The Fast Charge feature in klikit Business app offers a streamlined method for collecting customer payments. This function allows you to process transactions efficiently without the need to select individual menu items.
You can directly enter the item price and quantity, optionally add an order note, and then select a payment method. Upon completion, the order is finalized and a docket is generated. This speeds up payments and makes everything from processing orders to getting paid much smoother and more efficient.
How to Use the Feature
1\. Log in to the business app and click on “Fast Charge” which can be found in the Home page and Add Order module, once a brand is selected.
2\. For a single brand, by default that brand will stay selected. For multi brands, a brand needs to be selected from the Brand Selection field.
3\. Input the item price and quantity. An order note can be added from the Note field.
4\. Upon clicking on “View Cart”, you will be redirected to the payment method selection page.
5\. Select a payment method, then tap on “Pay Now” to create the fast charge order.
