Maya Payments on Webshop (Customer)
klikit Webshop in the Philippines now supports Maya as a payment option for your customers.
How to pay with Maya
- Customer adds items to the cart and proceeds to Checkout on the klikit-hosted webshop (PH only).
- At the Payment Method step, Maya appears alongside other available methods (e.g., QRPH).
- Customer selects Maya and is redirected to the hosted Maya payment page.
- Customer completes the payment using their Maya wallet or a Maya-linked card.
- On successful payment, the order is confirmed and flows into klikit as normal.
Note: Maya is available only on Philippine (PH) webshops. Non-PH webshops will not see this option.
Pending Payment Status Page (Admin)
Admins can monitor orders that get stuck in a pending state and manually trigger a re-verification with the payment gateway.
Accessing the page
- Log in to the klikit Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Orders > Pending Payments.
The page lists all transactions currently stuck in a pending status.
Filtering pending transactions
You can narrow down the list using these filters:
- Business
- Brand
- Branch
- Payment Channel
- Date Range (maximum 7-day window)
Use the filters to quickly find the order you need to check.
Re-verifying a payment
- Locate the transaction row you want to verify.
- Click the Check Status button on that row.
- The system will call the payment gateway to fetch the latest status and refresh the list.
Important: Currently, the Check Status feature only re-verifies against CIMB QRIS payments. For other gateways (such as Maya), re-verification is not yet supported. The admin can still view the row, but clicking Check Status may not update the status. If you have a Maya payment stuck in pending, please contact our Support team for assistance.
Who can access this page?
Only users with Admin-level permissions can see and use the Pending Payments page.
