How will you bill me for the use of klikit?
We bill under a subscription model - according to package, plus fees if we process payments for you.
We will bill you for the use of klikit using a Subscription-based Model and additionally, a Transaction-based Model if we process payments for you.
Subscription-based Model
We bill you a ]Flat Fee per Location per Month\] - this aligns with your package on signup.
_Example: klikit Plus (SG) for 10 Locations = ]$43.99 x 10 x Month\] = SGD$439.90/Month_
Transaction-based Model
In the case of Webshop payments or dynamic Menu Pricing we use Transaction-based pricing.
_Example: Webshop Order for Delivery =_ _]Basket Size x Webshop Service Fee\] = ]SGD$25.00 x 5% for Delivery\] = $1.25_

What fees do you charge for Webshop?
We charge 2% for Dine In, 3% for Pick Up and 5% for Delivery Orders on Webshop in addition to the MDR.
We have to charge these Webshop service fees because we are doing two (2) things:
- Interacting with a Payment Gateway (MDR + Fees)
- Order Level Costs (i.e. SMS, Email and Support Costs)
As a result we have to charge these Service Fees to cover our costs and maintain your Customer database. These are some of the lowest fees globally and significantly lower than those charged by Delivery App.
What if I am late for payment?
If you're late for payment we will provide you with a warning before cutting access to your Integrations and Ordering.
How long before you cut my access?
If you go past 30 days with an unsettled account, we will provide you with a warning and 14 days to rectify your account before cutting access.
We know that cash can be hard to find sometimes. However, we are also a business - and aim to provide you great services at an even greater price.
If you fail to make a payment - we will provide you a warning to let you know that you're in arrears.
If you fall 30 days in arrears - we will give you 14 days to make a payment before cutting your access to klikit and disintegrating your stores.
