- You can also edit menus using the Uber Eats merchant app or dashboard.
- Sign in to Uber Eats Merchant.
- Enter your username, password, and 4-digit pin.
- On the left sidebar, click “Menu” to open Menu Maker.
We recommend the first option of making menu edits with the klikit app.

How do I auto-accept/ manually accept orders from Uber Eats?
Once integrated, all Uber Eats orders will be auto-accepted. There is no option to manually accept Uber Eats orders on the klikit app.
This is a requirement of the Uber Eats API integration.
How do I cancel an order from Uber Eats?
You can cancel orders through the Uber Eats merchant app or dashboard.
In order to avoid cancelling orders and upsetting customers, please change the item availability immediately if an item is no longer available OR pause the store temporarily if the kitchen is busy.
How do I manage store hours for Uber Eats?
You must use the Uber Eats merchant app or dashboard to configure storefront location settings such as store availability and availability hours.
Menu times are equal to the store hours on the consumer end on Uber Eats.
You can use the Pause Store feature to temporarily pause ordering from Uber Eats storefronts (maximum of 1 hour).
