How do scheduled orders work with Deliveroo?
You can manage your scheduled orders through the Deliveroo merchant app!
Customers on Deliveroo can choose to schedule an order in advance for delivery at a specific time. Scheduling an order makes it easy for our customers to plan food for their day. They can order in the morning for lunch, for their family on the way home from work, or arrange a team lunch for the next day at work.

How do I auto-accept orders from Deliveroo?
You can toggle auto-accept for Deliveroo orders on the Deliveroo merchant app or tablet.

How do I cancel an order from Deliveroo?
If you can’t fulfill an order that’s been auto-accepted, you can cancel the order by calling Deliveroo's Live Orders support. They will cancel the order on your behalf and the customer will be notified.
