How do Past Orders work?
Past Orders are orders which have been marked as 'Completed' on the Order Dashboard, and move from 'Active' to 'Past'.
By keeping these orders available on your Order Dashboard - your teams can easily go back and triage orders which may have generated a Support interaction, complaint or feedback that needs to be addressed.
Accessing Past Orders on Web (i.e. Desktop App) is simple - first head to the Web App and select 'Order Dashboard' from the side Navigation.
At the top of the Order Dashboard, above the orders - and next to the side panel module - you'll notice a dropdown box.
Select "Past Orders" and you'll see a screen returned with the following outputs.
From here you should be able to get all the information you need regarding Past Orders.
