How do I use this effectively?
It is up to you and your teams to use the data effectively - reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you want help.
To use the data that klikit provides effectively - you will need to have YOU and YOUR TEAMS believe in it and use it.
From this, you need to use a combination of Analytics, Analytics Plus and Live Report Hub (Live Monitoring) to get answers to problems.
Key Problems:
- Why are Cancellation Rates high?
- Why are we losing Revenue?
- Why are ]X\] going OOS across our Brands/Branches (i.e. Supply Problems)
- Why are Webshop orders going bad?
There's a lot of data and probably a lot of problems to solve - so start where it is most obvious!
