If you experience the app getting stuck on the loading screen or crashing unexpectedly, here are some solutions:
How do I troubleshoot if the klikit app is not working?
- Verify and Test Network Connection
- Ensure your device is connected to a strong Wi-Fi network or mobile data (3G/4G/5G).
- Test your connection by successfully loading a website in your browser (e.g., Google.com).
- If on Wi-Fi, try temporarily switching to Mobile Data (or vice versa) to isolate if the issue is with your specific network.
- Log out and re-login from the klikit for Business app.
- Clear Cache and Data
- Go to the ‘Settings’ on your device.
- Select the ‘Apps’ option in ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘klikit’.
- Once here, clear cache & clear data.
- Once that process is complete, relaunch the app.
- Restart App
- Force stop the klikit app.
- Relaunch the klikit app.
- Restart Device
- Shutdown the device.
- Turn the device back on.
- Update or Reinstall the App
- An outdated or corrupted app version might cause login issues.
- Go to the Google Play Store on your device. The Store App is Android-only — there is no klikit app on the Apple App Store.
- Check if there is an update available for the Store App.
- If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If its related to printer, you can also try to reconnect your printer. Follow the steps to connect your printer, [here](/en/help/how-do-i-set-up-my-printer).
How do I troubleshoot if klikit Cloud or web-app is not working?
When you see an "Error 404" or your screen is white when accessing cloud.klikit.io, you will need to clear site data and refresh in order to load the page properly.
If you are using klikit Cloud or web-app, we recommend you change your internet browser to Google Chrome. This should resolve any major issues you're having if you aren't already using it.
Here are some of the most common browsers being used for klikit.
- For Google Chrome, or see [here](https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/16531954/clear-cache-for-specific-website-in-google-chrome?hl=en):
- Open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click More which is the three dotted icon
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- At the top portion, choose a time range
- To delete everything, select All time
- Next, go to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Check the boxes
- Click Clear data.
- For Firefox, or see [here](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache):
- Open Mozilla Firefox
- Click History and select Clear Recent History
- Next to Time range to clear, select Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button
- For Safari, or see [here](https://support.apple.com/en-ph/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac#:~:text=In%20the%20Safari%20app%20on,websites%20or%20change%20website%20behavior):
- Open Safari browse
- Click on the Safari tab at the top left of your screen
- Choose Preferences from the dropdown menu
- Click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up
- At the end of the tab, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar box and close the Preferences menu
- Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page
- Click Empty Cache from the dropdown menu
- For Opera, see **here**

Still stuck on the klikit logo on your device? Check storage, reinstall, and outages
If you are stuck on the loading screen on your device (not in a browser), work through the app steps under How do I troubleshoot if the klikit app is not working? in order — network check, log out and re-login from the klikit for Business app, clear cache & data, force stop and relaunch, restart the device, then update or reinstall. The browser cache instructions further down this article apply to klikit Cloud or the web-app, not to the app on your device.
A blank or stuck screen can also be caused by device storage being full. Go to Settings > Storage; if storage is almost full, delete unused apps or files. At least 500MB free space is recommended.
If the screen persists after all of the steps above, uninstall and reinstall klikit — your data is synced to the cloud, so reinstalling won't lose your orders or menu.
It is also worth checking whether there is a known outage. klikit has no public status page; outages and planned maintenance are announced on the klikit WhatsApp broadcast channel, and if you are not on it you can ask support to add you. You can also just ask support directly.
When you do contact support about a recurring loading-screen issue, include your device model, the steps you have already tried, and any error messages (if visible).
If it's related to printer, you can also try to reconnect your printer.
