I inputted the wrong address, what do I do?
If you've mistakenly inputted the wrong address, as long as the order has not been picked up yet, you are able to cancel the order and you can order again with the correct address. Rest assured that you will get refunded when you cancel the order.
I can't find my address in the address bar, what do I do?
We use Google's database for our address search bar. You can find the closest location / address to your place based on Google Maps and select that.
You may also include your address and delivery instructions before you checkout.
Once a rider is booked, you can reach out and inform the rider on where you are accurately located.
