Doku QRIS now supported on Maxim orders in Indonesia
Klikit merchants in Indonesia can now accept Doku QRIS payments on Maxim delivery orders. This integration enables seamless QR code payments for customers ordering through Maxim, one of Indonesia's leading food delivery platforms.
Refunds now supported for Maya payments
klikit now supports refunds for orders paid with Maya on webshop. Merchants in the Philippines can issue full and partial refunds through the Order Dashboard, and the refund is routed back to the customer's original Maya wallet or Maya-linked card through the gateway.

TikTok Shop DIY Delivery Support
Restaurant owners can now handle their own deliveries for TikTok Shop orders using DIY (self-delivery). DIY delivery orders appear as InStore orders in your klikit dashboard. Note that customers won't receive automatic SMS or WhatsApp notifications for DIY orders—you'll need to coordinate delivery updates directly with them.
TikTok Shop DIY Orders Now Supported
Klikit now supports TikTok Shop's DIY (Merchant Delivery) option. When customers choose merchant delivery at checkout, Klikit handles the order differently — no automatic 3PL rider is assigned, and the restaurant handles delivery directly. A new DIY lookup option is available in the admin panel.
Stock Alerts keep you ahead of out-of-stock items
Never miss a sale due to empty inventory again. Our new Stock Alerts feature notifies you when items run low, so you can restock before customers order.
Inventory amounts now display in your business currency
Fixed an issue where inventory screens (Purchase Orders, Waste, Reports, Movements, Summary, and Stocktake) displayed all amounts in USD ($) regardless of your business currency. Amounts now correctly display in PHP, IDR, or your configured currency.
Analytics Dashboard UI Overhaul
The Analytics dashboard has a fresh new look with improved chart components, updated filtering options, and a more responsive layout. All your favorite reports and metrics are still available — just with a cleaner interface for better data visibility.

New Payment Channel: KPay
We've added KPay as a new payment channel. If enabled for your account, customers can pay using KPay-supported payment methods. Payments are automatically reconciled with your orders. Contact Klikit support to enable this payment channel for your restaurant.
Maya Payment Integration
Klikit now supports Maya as an integrated payment provider. Merchants can accept Maya payments with automatic verification — no manual confirmation needed. This joins existing Xendit support for Southeast Asian payment processing.
