klikit v3.9 · demo
What the guided tour covers
20 steps, about 7 minutes. Each step moves the demo to the right screen and highlights what a merchant does there.
- 115 s
Home: who is signed in and where
The header shows the signed-in user, their role and the outlet they are working at. The chat icon reaches klikit support and the cart icon opens a new order.
- 215 s
Pause a storefront
When the kitchen is overloaded, a manager pauses online orders here per delivery platform and resumes them later. Customers on those apps see the store as temporarily closed.
- 320 s
Quick actions
New and ongoing order counts update as orders arrive. Create opens the POS, Fast Charge takes a quick amount-only sale, and Stocktake starts a count.
- 420 s
Order summary
Sales, order count and average order value for today, yesterday, this week or this month, compared with the previous period. The same numbers across delivery apps, webshop and counter.
- 515 s
Shifts and cash
Staff start a shift with a starting cash float and record cash in and cash out during the day. Ending the shift produces the cash report for the till.
- 620 s
One order list for every channel
Orders from GrabFood, foodpanda, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Deliveroo, the klikit webshop and the counter all land here. The tabs split them into New, Ready, History, Schedule and All, each with a live count.
- 725 s
Accept an order
Each card shows the platform, order number, time, status and payment state. Accept Order confirms it back to the delivery platform and moves it to Ready once the kitchen is done.
- 820 s
Order detail
Tap a card to see the customer, every item with its modifiers, the price breakdown and the status history. The action bar at the bottom carries the next step for the order and a print button.
- 915 s
Pick a brand
Kitchens that run several brands from one outlet choose which brand the order is for. Single-brand stores skip straight to the menu.
- 1015 s
Dine In, Pick-Up or Delivery
The order type sits in the app bar and can carry different prices per type. Changing it mid-order warns the cashier that prices will update.
- 1120 s
Add items from the menu
Items are grouped by category with a plus button on each tile. Once an item is in the cart, the tile turns into a quantity stepper; out-of-stock items are greyed out.
- 1225 s
Modifiers
Items with options open their modifier groups: single-choice or multi-choice, required or optional, each with its own price. Add to Cart puts the configured item in the order.
- 1320 s
Review the cart
The cart lists every line with its modifiers, and holds the order source, order type, customer, table and discount. Totals show subtotal, discount, fees and the amount due.
- 1425 s
Checkout
Choose cash, QR, card or e-wallet, enter cash received to see the change, then Place the order to pay later, Pay now, or Complete to pay and close it in one step.
- 1520 s
The order is in the list
The counter order you just placed appears at the top of Orders as a new POS order, next to the delivery-platform orders. From here it follows the same accept, ready and complete flow.
- 1620 s
Tables
The table map colours tables as available, active or reserved and shows how many open carts each one has. Tapping a table opens a new open order, frees it or generates a table QR code.
- 1815 s
Out of stock, for how long
When an item runs out the app asks for how long: one day, three days, seven days or until you re-enable it. It comes back on all channels automatically when the time is up.
- 1915 s
Settings and Tablet Mode
The demo has switched to a tablet, because this setting only exists there. Settings cover printers, auto-accept, average prep time, notifications and language; Tablet Mode is off right now, so the tablet shows the phone layout. Next turns it on.
- 2025 s
Tablet split view
On a tablet in Tablet Mode, the menu, orders and settings use the left half and the cart stays open on the right. Cashiers add items and check out without leaving the screen.
