Klikit occasionally logs you out automatically — this is normal and happens for two reasons.
1. Security logout
After a certain period of inactivity, Klikit logs you out to protect your account. Simply log back in with your usual email and password.
2. Update Available notification
When Klikit releases a new version of the Store App, you’ll see an “Update Available” message. The app logs you out so that the update can install correctly.
To update:
- Open the Google Play Store on your tablet.
- Search for Klikit Store.
- Tap Update.
- Once installed, reopen the app and log in.
If you keep getting logged out repeatedly, see our article [App keeps logging me out or freezing].
3. “Offline Mode” message (app or tablet is offline)
If your tablet displays “Offline Mode” even though your internet is working:
- Check your internet connection — open a web browser and try visiting a website. If nothing loads, the problem is your network, not Klikit.
- Restart the Klikit app — swipe it away from recent apps and open it again.
- Force‑close and clear cache — go to Settings > Apps > Klikit Store > Storage, tap Clear Cache, then restart the app.
- Date & time settings — incorrect date/time on the tablet can break the connection to our servers. Go to Settings > Date & time and enable Automatic date & time.
If the app is stuck offline for more than 10 minutes despite a good connection, it may be a wider service issue. Check with our support team via the in‑app chat or your Klikit dashboard for any ongoing incident announcements.
