Make your webshop uniquely yours by setting up your brand colours, logos and banners.
To do this, simply log into your business owner account using the web app and change the images under the brand module. You may also choose to send your high quality images and request for color changes — if you need help just let your Customer Success manager or our support team know through the in-app chat.
Menu optimization strategies
Ensuring your menu is easy to understand and appealing to customers leads to more orders! Here are some tips for improving your menu:
- Ensure you have good quality images for your top items (if not all items)
- Add a description to items so a customer understands what they are ordering – taking away any indecision they might have
- Use modifiers where possible – Rather than having multiple items for sizes or differing options, help customers by using modifiers for sizes or options
- Showcase daily specials or promotions prominently on the menu to attract customers with unique and discounted offerings.
- Arrange your menu logically with clear category headings to make it quick and easy for customers to find what they want.
