It connects GrabFood and ShopeeFood: orders from both apps arrive on one screen, and you manage both menus from klikit, so a menu change or a sold-out item is updated on both apps at once. klikit does not connect LINE MAN (LINE MAN Wongnai) or Robinhood; orders from those apps stay in their own merchant apps. What klikit does for a Thai restaurant
- One order screen for GrabFood and ShopeeFood. Every order lands in the klikit order dashboard, labelled with the app it came from, so staff watch one device instead of two tablets.
- One menu for both apps. Edit items and prices in klikit and publish once; the change goes to GrabFood and ShopeeFood. Mark an item out of stock once and it comes off both apps.

If you also sell on LINE MAN or Robinhood
Keep using the LINE MAN or Robinhood merchant app for those orders; klikit does not receive them or update those menus. klikit brings GrabFood and ShopeeFood together, so a restaurant on all three apps goes from three devices to two. If most of your delivery orders come through LINE MAN, klikit will not put those orders on one screen for you, and it is fair to weigh that before you choose.
