What do the menu publish statuses mean?
When you run Sync & Publish, klikit reports a status for each branch and each connected channel. Most will show Success, with the time the menu reached that channel. The two statuses merchants ask about most are below.
AUTH_FAILED
The connection between that branch and that channel is no longer authorised, so klikit could not publish to it. This is not something you can fix from the menu screen — the integration needs to be set up again.
Contact support and tell us which branch and which channel is showing AUTH_FAILED. We will arrange the reintegration. Republishing will keep failing until that is done.
TooManyRequests
Your business has been blocked from publishing because of excessive publishing activity. The channel has rate-limited the account after too many publish attempts in a short period.
If you see this, stop republishing. Publishing the same menu repeatedly is what triggers it, so retrying immediately makes it worse rather than better. If the status does not clear, contact support and we will check the account.
Any other status
If a branch or channel shows a status that is not Success, AUTH_FAILED, or TooManyRequests — or a publish stays stuck — contact support with the branch name, the channel, and the timestamp shown against it, and we will look at what happened on that publish.
Before you publish again
Publishing is per branch and per channel, so a menu can succeed on one channel and fail on another in the same run. Check the status against each row rather than assuming a single result for the whole business.
