Data Requests
The klikit Analytics dashboard gives you a comprehensive, real-time view of your business — including order data, payment data, item-level performance, and discount breakdowns. For most operational needs, the self-serve CSV exports in Analytics are everything you need. Please use those first before submitting a request.
A data request is an ad-hoc, custom or historical pull that goes beyond the standard dashboard. We continue to support data requests, but as of 2026 they are a paid professional services engagement, billed per request.
What counts as a data request?
Examples of work that requires a data request:
- Custom data exports outside the standard report set (e.g. bespoke joins across brands, branches, channels, modifiers, and customers)
- Historical data older than the dashboard retention window
- Customer-level or order-level detail extracts in non-standard formats
- Recurring or scheduled deliveries to your data warehouse, S3 bucket, SFTP, or BI tool
- Backfills, reprocessing, or one-off audits requested by your finance or legal team
- Data requests tied to platform disputes, chargebacks, or third-party reconciliations
If your need is covered by the standard exports in Analytics → Export, no request is needed — that data is free and self-serve.
Indicative pricing
Data requests are priced based on scope, complexity, and the engineering time required. The table below gives an indicative range. Your final quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and nothing is billed until you approve it.
| Currency | Indicative range |
|---|---|
| IDR (Indonesia) | Rp 500,000 – Rp 5,000,000 |
| USD | US$30 – US$310 |
| SGD (Singapore) | S$40 – S$410 |
| MYR (Malaysia) | RM 140 – RM 1,400 |
| PHP (Philippines) | ₱1,800 – ₱18,000 |
| THB (Thailand) | ฿1,100 – ฿11,000 |
| JPY (Japan) | ¥4,800 – ¥48,000 |
Non-IDR amounts are illustrative conversions and may shift with FX rates. The IDR range is authoritative; your invoice is issued in your local billing currency at the quoted amount.
What drives the price:
- The number of brands, branches, and channels in scope
- The date range and data volume
- Whether the request is one-off or recurring
- Required output format (CSV, JSON, direct warehouse load, etc.)
- Turnaround time (rush requests carry a surcharge)
Turnaround
Standard requests are scoped within 2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days of quote approval. Rush turnaround is available on request.
How to submit
Tap Submit a Request at the top of this article — it opens our request form in a new tab. Fill in as much detail as you can: the more specific you are about the metrics, brands, and date ranges, the faster we can scope and quote your request. A klikit team member will respond within 2 business days with confirmation, scope, and a final price.
