GoFood (Gojek) is an integrated partner, which means orders placed on GoFood are passed to Klikit automatically and appear on your Order Dashboard. When they arrive late — or do not arrive at all — the cause is almost always on the GoFood/Gojek side, not inside Klikit.
This applies to both delivery orders and self-pickup orders. Both order types flow through the same integration.
My GoFood orders are not reaching Klikit
If orders are visible in your GoFood merchant app but missing from your Klikit Order Dashboard, this is not something you can fix from your own settings. In particular, it is not a menu problem: re-syncing or re-publishing your menu will not bring missing orders through, because menu publishing and order delivery are separate flows.
Do this instead:
- Check the Klikit WhatsApp broadcast channel. When an integration partner has a fault on their side, we post a notice there. If there is an active notice, your orders are affected by a known incident and are being worked on — you do not need to do anything else.
- Contact Klikit Support. If there is no notice, raise it with Support so we can check the integration for your specific store. Have your brand and branch name ready, and an order number from GoFood if you have one.
My GoFood self-pickup orders are not coming through
Self-pickup orders on GoFood flow through the same integration as delivery orders. If your delivery orders are coming through but self-pickup orders are not, this is still an issue on the GoFood side — not something you can fix in Klikit.
Follow the same steps above: check the WhatsApp broadcast channel, then contact Klikit Support with your branch name and the GoFood order number.
My GoFood orders are arriving late
Short delays of a few seconds between an order being placed and appearing on your dashboard are normal.
Anything longer — orders showing up minutes late, in batches, or out of order — has the same cause and the same route as missing orders above: check the WhatsApp broadcast channel first, then contact Support. This applies to any strange delay on an integrated order type, not only GoFood.
Was this caused by something I did?
Almost never. Delayed and missing orders on an integrated channel are caused by the partner's systems, not by your menu, your device, or your Klikit settings. You do not need to reset your menu, reinstall the app, or change your printer setup to resolve it.
My GoFood promotion is not behaving correctly
Promotions on GrabFood, GoFood and ShopeeFood can be set up through the Klikit Campaign Manager.
However, once a GoFood promotion has already been applied and added, changes to it are handled by GoFood, not by Klikit. If an existing promotion needs to be stabilised, corrected, or removed:
- Raise it with Klikit Support first, so we can confirm what is set on our side and record the issue.
- Then contact your GoFood Account Manager, who is the only party able to change a promotion that is already live on GoFood.
Common questions
Orderan tidak masuk apabila self pick up Gojek — kenapa?
Self-pickup orders on GoFood flow through the same integration as delivery orders, so if delivery orders arrive but self-pickup orders do not, the issue is still on the GoFood side and not something you can fix in Klikit. First check the Klikit WhatsApp broadcast channel — if there is an active notice, a known incident is already being worked on. If there is no notice, contact Klikit Support with your brand and branch name and a GoFood order number if you have one.
Orderan self pick up Gojek tidak masuk ke dashboard, apa perlu sync/publish ulang menu?
No. Re-syncing or re-publishing your menu will not bring missing orders through, because menu publishing and order delivery are separate flows. You also do not need to reset your menu, reinstall the app, or change your printer setup.
Orderan Gojek masuknya lambat, itu normal?
Short delays of a few seconds between an order being placed and it appearing on your dashboard are normal. Anything longer — orders arriving minutes late, in batches, or out of order — follows the same route: check the WhatsApp broadcast channel first, then contact Support.
