Onboarding Manager

About the role

As Onboarding Manager, you are the reason new merchants go live fast and stay live. You'll guide restaurants and F&B brands across Indonesia from signed contract to a fully configured, confident klikit setup — owning the playbook, the timeline, and the relationship. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves turning complexity into a smooth, repeatable experience.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new merchants — from kickoff call to go-live and first successful orders.
• Configure menus, outlets, delivery integrations and POS settings, and verify everything works before handover.
• Run training sessions for merchant staff so teams are confident using klikit from day one.
• Build and continuously improve the onboarding playbook, checklists and timelines.
• Be the single point of contact during onboarding, coordinating with sales, support and product.
• Track onboarding metrics — time-to-live, activation rate — and report on what's working and what isn't.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, account management or customer success — ideally in SaaS, F&B tech or hospitality.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
• Strong project management instincts — you can juggle multiple merchants at different stages without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable with technical setup tasks and explaining them simply to non-technical users.
• Based in or able to work Jakarta hours, with occasional merchant site visits.

Nice to have

• Experience with delivery platforms (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood) or restaurant POS systems.
• A background working directly with restaurants or F&B operations.
