Craving for some Banh Mi and Pho?  Head over to Propaganda Bistro over at Greenbelt 5 for your Vietnamese food fix. Apart from the restaurant’s flashy (yet artsy!) interiors, they serve mouth watering food that will leave you coming back for more.

We started our meal off with their Propaganda Edamame Salad (PHP 350). The dish was particularly new to our taste buds as it consisted of edamame, organic black rice, tofu, and dried tomatoes–but it was full of flavor. We also tried out their Fresh Prawn Rolls (PHP 330), which was best paired with  the peanut sauce. We couldn’t get enough of these!

The highlight of our meal was their Giant Beef Rib Pho (PHP 1,800). This is Propaganda Bistro’s take on the classic Vietnamese Pho – but supersized, and topped with a giant meat-off-the-bone rib! This dish was indeed filling, so make sure you share this with your friends. The light and flavorful broth won’t let you feel sluggish even after indulging for hours!

For a sweet ending, we had their Sweet Banana Fritters (PHP 200) and Sangria (PHP 320) – which was just what we needed after all the savory dishes we had. Given that there aren’t a lot of authentic Vietnamese spots around the Metro, we were glad to find Propaganda Bistro to satisfy our cravings for delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
