F&B software firm gets $2m to go from Gojek co-founder, others

klikit has raised US$2 million in pre-seed funding from investors including Gojek co-founder Kevin Aluwi. Global Founders Capital and Wavemaker Partners are at the forefront of this round. Gentree Fund, AfterWork Ventures, Reshape Ventures, Nordstar, Pentas Ventures, and Moving Capital are also backing klikit together with a good number of angel investors/creators. klikit was established in 2021 but it has already facilitated over US$2.8 million in food delivery orders across 150 brands in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and the Philippines. Read more to find out who else is supporting klikit and what it has in store for restaurants and food businesses in the Asia Pacific from this Tech in Asia article.
